Losing 20 Pounds in 3 Weeks - What Does It Take

Losing 20 pounds is always hard, but in 3 weeks, it's nearly impossible. I'm not trying to discourage you. It can be done, but it's very hard to accomplish. It will require a physical and mental effort on your part. Of course, when you succeed, the results will be worth the energy, time, and effort that you put in.

So here's what it take to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks:

First, it takes a real determination. This is a true personal project you need to undertake. You will need to invest a lot of your free time in these 3 weeks and also maintain a steel resolve in order to succeed. So, if you can't make a firm commitment to yourself, it's better to give yourself more than 3 weeks to lose 20 pounds.

Second, you will need to follow some sort of weight loss program. Don't try to do this without some professional guidance. In order to lose 20 pounds in 3 weeks you can't afford to make any mistakes.
