Love handles, which are usually related to love making as the name implies and also known as spare tire is a term used for the build up of fat that usually develops around the waist. In men it is much more noticeable to the sides, whereas in women it can be more noticeable around the stomach. Men are more likely to develop love handles because it is supposed to be hereditary, fat is usually stored in the midsection of the male body, whereas in women fat is usually stored around the hips and thighs.

The best way one can get rid of these love handles, is by exercise and diet, but because love handles are often due to hereditary factors, especially in men, it is sometimes difficult to get rid of and the only other alternative for eliminating the problem is by surgery. The stretch you do prior to standing up from watching TV during the commercials, or getting up from your desk at work or even getting up first thing in the morning. However, such stretches can be incorporated into your daily or weekly training plan. I strongly encourage you to become more actively involved in common everyday stretching. But what's the most important reason? What takes place, what happens on the inside, when you find your self needing to stretch? Well, when do you find yourself needing to stretch the most? Hoodia gordonii is now sold in powder, capsules, liquid and in tea form and can be bought from health food stores. One thing you should know about this is that hoodia gordonii is not a drug. Despite the fact that pharmaceutical companies are trying to isolate p57 to create a drug, the hoodia gordonii out in the market is still entirely natural.
